Painting Hanh Chau Primary School’s Wall
We did a small project during our charity trip in Nghe An Province, we painted the wall to make the school look more colorful and fun for the kids. It was rough because of the rain, but I’m happy that everybody joined in, even the kids to help us out with the painting.
Teaching English
We also open free English classes for the kids. Knowing that they had this class at school, but, we wanted to bring a fun experience during study time for the kids. It turned out smoothly and I think they enjoyed our lesson.
Making handmade crafts as gifts for children in Worcester
I joined a club and made crafts, gift bags, and blankets for the kids in need in my area, Worcester. I’m happy that everybody enjoyed creating this meaningful gift to send to kids.
Marathon
I never thought that I would do Cross country, but turns out I’m a runner and get better now. My PR was not super impressive but it was around 34 or 35 minutes for 5 miles. I also qualify for NEPSTA. I enjoy running outside, sometimes the race is rough, but, “just do it” like Nike. New Balance sponsored our school anyway.
